One of my favorite high protein recipes! Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a high protein snack. I usually have eat a fruit, whole wheat toast or oatmeal as a side. Use your favorite veggies and spices ???? 4 slices of smoked turkey 1/2 cup liquid egg whites (or use whole eggs) Veggies of choice Salt & pepper Thyme & oregano
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F/200 C.
- Spray large muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Line the sides of each muffin tin with turkey.
- Chop vegetables and add egg whites and seasoning.
- Layer each tin with vegetable & egg mixture
- Bake in oven for ~20 minutes or until sides start to brown
- Remove from oven allow cool ~10 minutes. Use spatula to remove carefully.
